LAFAYETTE, LA BASED SINGER-SONGWRITER-GUITARIST ABI CLAIR IS THE PERFORMER YOU’VE BEEN WAITING FOR. HER VOICE IS ACHINGLY PURE, HER GUITAR PLAYING IS SMOOTH AND MELODIC, AND HER SONGS ARE POETIC REFLECTIONS OF HER EXPERIENCES AND INFLUENCES. WHEN SHE’S NOT PERFORMING ORIGINAL PIECES, SHE’S COVERING HER FAVORITE PERFORMERS, FROM LED ZEPPELIN TO FRANK OCEAN, IN HER OWN UNIQUE STYLE.
ABI CLAIR HAS BEEN PREPARING FOR THIS HER ENTIRE LIFE. WITH THE SUPPORT OF HER PARENTS, SHE WROTE HER FIRST SONG AT AGE 9, AND LEARNED TO PLAY GUITAR AT AGE 12, AND NOW SHE IS SHARING HER MUSIC WITH ACADIANA AUDIENCES.
Classically trained at the age of five years old, Glenn fronted the regional rock band Gangster in the early 80's to mid 90's and has toured as support with Foreigner, 38 Special, David Lee Roth, Kansas, Zebra, BTO, Grand Funk Railroad, Saigon Kick, Foghat and many more. Glenn has also toured with the Windborne Symphony as a lead singer and guitarist and has nine self produced albums under the record label DiVine Recordings. Glenn is affiliated with BMI as a writer and publisher with a catalog of over 325 original songs.
